We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any damaged items please continue reading below.

Damages and issues
If your pieces are damaged, please email immediately and I’ll sort it out for you.
Return shipping costs
If the item is damaged:
Shipping costs will be covered by myself, and a replacement or full refund will be issued depending on your preference. Please remember to send photos of the damaged items and its packaging so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
If returning due to change of mind:
You’re responsible for the return shipping, even if the package is unopened. Once the pieces are inspected in its original condition and packaging, a refund will be issued.
Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
